Sunday sessions

A relaxed weekly pole class and social jam in Dorchester. Just bring water and comfy clothes.

A polished chrome pole stands in the center of a cozy, mirror-free studio, its surface catching soft, warm overhead light. Around it, neatly rolled yoga mats in muted teal, mustard, and plum rest on smooth, honey-colored wooden flooring. In the background, a stack of cushioned crash pads and resistance bands sit against a deep navy wall adorned with abstract, non-figurative art. Photographic realism with an eye-level composition emphasizes the inviting, laid-back atmosphere, with gentle shadows adding depth. The mood is playful yet calm, suggesting a Sunday evening class focused on strength and fun rather than performance, captured with crisp focus and a slightly blurred background to create intimacy.
A close-up, photographic image of a single pole fitness station: a gleaming stainless-steel pole rising from a circular, matte-black base, surrounded by thick, colorful crash mats in coral, aqua, and charcoal gray. The scene is set in a minimalist studio with no mirrors, just a soft, textured sage-green wall and a few potted plants with wide, glossy leaves in simple ceramic pots. Warm, diffused pendant lighting from above creates subtle highlights on the pole and gentle shadows on the mats. Shot from a low angle with shallow depth of field, the composition feels dynamic and energetic, evoking the fun, supportive vibe of a laid-back Sunday pole session.

Classes

Every Sunday we run a beginner-friendly pole fitness class, followed by a chilled Pole Jam to practice, share tips, and play on the poles at your own pace.
